We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the beautiful, modern facilities made our stay truly exceptional. the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Ali at the reception and Bilge were extremely helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. We also received excellent support from Melisa and Karem during my recovery. the hospitality of the staff made us feel cared for and taken care of.

The construction site next to the hotel, which had a slight impact on the quality of sleep. the noise from the early morning construction work and occasional barking dog was a temporary inconvenience.

My recent stay at Four Points By Sheraton Kagithane was delightful. The hotel is new, so the facilities are modern and well-maintained. The staff, especially Mr. Yaser and Oguzhan, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making communication effortless. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. I also appreciated the excellent room service and having a small Starbucks in the hotel. The free wifi was a great bonus as well. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
