We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The beautiful, modern facilities made our stay really good. The staff were great too ensure we had a fantastic experience. Ali at the reception and Bilge were helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. We also received excellent support from Melisa and Karem during my recovery. The hospitality of the staff made us feel cared for and taken care of.

My recent stay at Four Points By Sheraton Kagithane was good. The hotel is new, so the facilities are modern and well-maintained. The staff, especially Mr Yaser and Oguzhan, were friendly and helpful, making communication effortless. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. I also appreciated the excellent room service and having a small Starbucks in the hotel. The free wifi was a great bonus as well. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic time at this venue. The location is perfect for shopping as it's close to all the best malls. The service was exceptional, with room service, car hire, and grocery shopping service available for our convenience. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, and we were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was fully equipped with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and mini-bar.

Convenient location near mountains. Spacious, nicely decorated rooms with comfy beds. Friendly and professional staff, especially Gagla at the front desk. Beautiful restaurant with delicious food. Shopping center nearby.
